The Internet has changed the way we do business, and consumers are better informed than ever before.  Gone are the days of relying solely on an expert for real estate advice - everyone is now an "expert" with access to vast information on properties, values and demographics at their fingertips.

About Moore Realty Group 
With more than twelve years of combined real estate experience, the Moore Realty Group is one of the top real estate teams with Keller Williams Realty in North Houston.  As of July, 2007, they are ranked in the top 3% of over 600 agents in the three Keller Williams offices under common ownership from Kingwood to 1960/Champions to The Woodlands and Magnolia.

As a husband and wife team, Todd and Maria’s approach is built on personal relationships, professional methods and positive results.  Todd is a native Texan who’s lived in the Houston area for more than 35 years.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Texas and has more than 16 years of sales and marketing experience.  Todd’s in-depth knowledge of the buying and selling process comes in part from his background in residential and commercial construction and development.  Maria has been a top-producing agent in the area for the past seven years.  Naturally outgoing, Maria has a knack for inspiring trust and cultivating lasting friendships with her clients.  Those relationships have naturally translated into referral business and repeat clientele.  Todd and Maria’s reputation and measurable success have earned the Moore Realty Group a spot in the Agent Leadership Council.  This honor is based on annual home sales and is awarded to the top 20 agents in their office of almost 300 agents.  The team also earned Top Listing and Top Sales Volume accolades repeatedly during 2006 and 2007.  The team's success is attributed to more than just Todd and Maria's dedication to their clients.  In large part, their awesome support team is an integral part of the Moore's business.  With a capable and enthusiastic assistant like Cheryl Dickerson plus a Keller Williams office staff of highly competent, motivated people, Todd and Maria are free to focus on the important things - their clients.

About Todd
Todd's involvement in real estate began when he started purchasing commercial property for development in Montgomery County years ago.  He has also owned and managed rental properties, and co-owned a construction company which specialized in tenant improvement projects for commercial lease buildings.  His background in real estate financing and broad knowledge of the Houston area serve his clients well as he advises them before, during and after the transaction.  His expertise in identifying, analyzing, negotiating and closing real estate transactions extends to residential and commercial clients alike.  

Todd voluntarily serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC) of The Woodlands office.  The Woodlands ALC is comprised of the top 20 of over 270 agents based on annual sales production, and it is the platform from which all Keller Williams agents have the right to vote on issues important to them.  As a profit sharing and agent-centric company with a philosophy of TEAM first (Together Everyone Achieves More), Keller Williams Realty promotes a culture of open dialogue and open books!  Therefore, it is critical for all agents to have a voice in the day-to-day operations.  Along with the other ALC members from his office, Todd's role in the Marketing and Charity Committees helps ensure that all agents have that sounding board.

Todd was also elected to represent The Woodlands office as its Houston ALC representative.  He serves on the City ALC in the Charity Committee which plans, organizes and implements city-wide projects designed to raise money for local charities as well as KW Cares which offers financial assistance to fellow KW associates around the country in times of catastrophic life events.  

In his spare time, Todd enjoys spending family time with Maria and their two precious children, Travis and Kendall.  He also enjoys golf, hunting, fishing and cooking as well as many other outdoor activities.   

About Maria
Maria began her real estate career almost seven years ago in the North Houston / Woodlands area.  During that time, she has not only excelled as a top producing agent, but she has also cultivated lasting and trusting friendships with almost all of her clients.  Those relationships have naturally translated into referral business and happy repeat clients

Maria has voluntarily served on the ALC at her office as Recruiting Committee Chairperson, Open House Committee and HUD Education Specialist.  Her bubbly, unselfish personality has served her well in those roles as she helps bring other agents into the Keller Williams family and freely trains them on the specifics of HUD and other real estate transactions.  She also served as the Vice President of her local chapter of Business Networking International (BNI), RING Leaders. 

Maria serves the community in another capacity, as well – philanthropy!  She was the volunteer Event Director for Keller Williams Realty Woodlands’ first annual KW Cares Golf & Walk event (“KW Cares Charity Challenge”) in November.  The net proceeds from that golf tournament combined with a walk-a-thon benefited several charities in the Montgomery County area, including The Tamina Road Children’s Program, The Friendship Center, the Montgomery County Humane Society and the national KW Cares fund.

 

Maria enjoys working out and shopping when she's not busy being Mommy and Todd's realty partner!

 

About Cheryl

Cheryl Dickerson brings years of experience in Customer Service, Human Resources and Administration to our team.  As the Client Services Manager (aka "Director of First Impressions"), Cheryl's friendly disposition and astute sense of humor create a refreshingly calming experience for our team and our clients, even in times of resolving challenging transactional details.

 

Before returning to the Houston area in the Summer of 2006 and joining Moore Realty Group, Cheryl enjoyed a "fantasy-like" career with Walt Disney Theme Park in Orlando, Florida.  There she learned invaluable customer service practices which she seamlessly transferred to her current role on our team.  Always positive and willing to go the "extra mile," Cheryl's enthusiasm and professionalism contribute greatly to the responsiveness of our team, and provide our clients with the assurance that they're in good hands!
